NEW patients MUST schedule a new patient appointment. Acupuncture sessions are in private rooms with your practitioner and usually scheduled for 60-75 minutes. In addition to needling, our acupuncturists use various supportive techniques such as cupping, moxibustion, heat/ ice application, manual therapy, Kinesiotape, electrical stimulation, and topical preparations. We will always do our best to help you feel as comfortable as possible and allow you to relax. While we specialize in pain management, there are many other conditions and health issues that we address.


Massage Therapy

Massage appointments are scheduled for 60, 75, or 90 minutes of hands on time. Please choose Pre-natal if you are pregnant.
Additional techniques can be incorporated as needed and include percussion, Kinesiotaping, cupping, gua sha, reflexology, lymphatic drainage, hot stones, and castor oil packs.


Herbal and Nutritional consultation

One on one consultations booked for 60 minute sessions to diagnose conditions and develop a treatment plan. Protocols include customized herbal prescriptions, nutritional guidance, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.


Cosmetic Acupuncture

Ginna has been practicing bodywork and pain management for 30 years. She utilizes acupuncture, electrical stimulation, osteopathic techniques, manual therapy, postural assessment, orthopedic/ dry needling and cupping. Ginna’s continuing education includes gastroenterology, gynecological health and fertility, inflammatory and immune disease, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese style acupuncture, and functional medicine. Allison is a licensed acupuncturist with more than 30 years of experience in the field. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Philosophy and Master’s degree in both Exercise Physiology and Acupuncture. Allison uses Traditional Chinese medical theory to identify and treat imbalances with one’s physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual being.

Allison has experience treating everything from anxiety and depression, to fatigue and pain including menstrual problems and pre/post menopause disorders. She has experience in inducing labor and turning a breech baby.

Her style of acupuncture addresses the imbalances of the body, bringing it back into balance, promoting health and happiness. She has worked with professional athletes like boxers, MMA fighters and NFL players to restore injury and increase athletic performance. Ttri-athletes as well as college athletes benefit in recovery and increases in athletic performance with the use of acupuncture, cupping and dry needling.

Allison is one of the few certified practitioners in the state to administer Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture as taught by world renowned teacher Virginia Doran. Diana Scammell has over 25 years of bodywork experience and is a Registered CranioSacral Therapist (RCST). She uses CranioSacral Therapy to release tension and ease pain acquired from injury, illness, or the stresses of everyday life. Vacuum cupping and/or intra-oral work techniques are used to work with temporal mandible joint dysfunction (TMJD) and/or sinus pain. She uses an intuitive and gentle approach. She pursued her education in massage therapy in 1999 after recognizing the power of healing touch. She began her bodywork career in a physical therapy setting where she became passionate about rehabilitative care and chronic pain management, and now has over 20 years of massage experience.

Heather creates a relaxing space for her patients to facilitate healing and self realization. Her continuing education focus is on deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, fertility, lymphatic, oncology massage and stretching techniques.
